Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Products are eligible for return or exchange if they are received in:
Damaged condition.
The wrong item has been supplied.
There is a clear issue with leakage, breakage, or packaging at the time of delivery.
Procedure and Conditions
Customers should report any visible damage, mismatch, or missing items within a defined time window, such as 48 hours, through the contact details provided on the website.
Photographs of the parcel and invoice may be requested to help assess the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may arrange for pickup, offer a replacement, or issue a refund, subject to verification and stock availability.
Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed generally cannot be returned unless there is a proven quality defect authenticated by the company.
Items purchased in clearance sale or special promotional schemes may follow separate conditions.
